Terms & Conditions
THE CONTRACT
This contract governs the terms and conditions of the passenger transport service provided by Lovely Tours in Naples, the trade name of the company with registered office at Calata Ponticello a Marechiaro, 38 – 80123 Naples (NA) – Italy (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “we”).
The person using our services is hereinafter referred to as the “Customer.”
By accessing, browsing, or using our website or applications via any platform and/or completing a booking, the Customer declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. Booking confirmation implies acceptance by the Customer also on behalf of any third parties indicated in the booking, including minors and persons with disabilities.
BOOKINGS
Services offered by Lovely Tours in Naples can be booked online via the website www.lovelytoursinnaples.it or through the official contacts listed on the site.
To ensure availability, bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance. For requests submitted beyond this timeframe, the Company reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the booking, undertaking to inform the Customer promptly.
At the end of the booking process, the Customer will receive a written confirmation via email containing all details of the requested service. It is the Customer’s responsibility to check the accuracy of the provided information and report any errors by email. The Company shall not be held liable for any issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the Customer.
VEHICLES
The vehicle selection made at the time of booking is purely indicative and is based solely on the number of passengers and luggage declared. A specific model or make of vehicle cannot be guaranteed if unavailable.
However, all transfers are carried out using first-class vans, equipped with every comfort and option to ensure a luxurious and comfortable journey.
INCLUDED SERVICES
The rate includes:
Private vehicle with driver;
All vehicle-related costs;
Parking fees;
Any charges related to the transport service.
EXCLUDED SERVICES
The rate does not include:
Meals;
Entrance tickets, which must be purchased at the time of the tour;
Optional costs;
Personal expenses;
Tips;
Professional tour guide services, which can be booked at the time of the tour reservation;
Extra hours;
Additional services.
PAYMENTS
To confirm a booking:
Transfers: full advance payment of the total amount is required;
Private tours and additional services: a 20% deposit of the total amount is required, while the balance must be paid according to the terms indicated at the time of booking.
Payment can be made directly on the website at the end of the booking process via credit/debit card. All transactions are processed through a secure system in compliance with applicable regulations.
SURCHARGES
A 20% surcharge applies for night services from 00:00 to 5:59 and from 21:00 to 23:59.
DELAY POLICY
In the event of flight, train, or ferry delays, the driver will wait for the Customer at the designated pickup point.
Lovely Tours in Naples reserves the right to apply additional charges for waiting times exceeding the permitted minimum.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
For transfers, private tours, and tours for cruise passengers, a full refund is granted for cancellations communicated at least 72 hours in advance of the service time.
For cancellations made within 72 hours, the tour deposit will be retained, or the full amount of the transfer will be charged, depending on the service booked.
In case of no-show, the total amount of the service will be charged.
JURISDICTION
Any disputes or controversies relating to the relationship between the Company and the Customer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Torre Annunziata.
